Missing lid, we can’t use it, no resolution yet

While we received the Boxio toilet and starter kit promptly, the toilet is missing the top cover. We sent email to Camp Lolo, and after a week of no response, sent another email. This time we received a reply that you are working on it with Boxio. I know it’s the holidays, but it’s disappointing service especially since this is the first time we’ve ordered from you. Now we have a composting toilet that really isn’t very useful without its lid. We’d like to receive the missing part or an RMA number.
